They use Kagoshima-produced selected Kuroge Wagyu, and parts include short rib, belly, outside skirt, and tongue. They offer you a variety of liquor. Not only beer and Chu-hai, but there are also Korean rice wine “makgeolli,” and carefully selected local brewed Japanese sake.
